Policy Scope
This policy governs the purchase, subscription, cancellation, return and refund of products (or services) from www.symptai.com operated by Symptai Consulting Limited.

Purchases
Purchases made online via www.symptai.com, Symptai Consulting Limited’s official website are made through online payment gateways managed and maintained by our digital partners using secure and private connections.

Delivery
Access to products and/or services purchased via www.symptai.com are delivered electronically to customers. The medium used by Symptai Consulting Limited is email for delivery of electronic content and confirmation of purchases.

Returns and Exchanges
Digital products are considered “used” once received by the customer. As such, these items will be considered unreturnable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellations
Customers can request to cancel the purchase of a product (or service) that grants access to offerings such as learning courses, online assessments, and subscription services once the customer has not accessed the product (or service) and 14 calendar days has not passed since the product (or service) was delivered. A refund of an approved cancellation may also be facilitated.

Refunds
Full money back guarantee is offered on all purchases and subscriptions made from www.symptai.com. If you are not satisfied with the product (or service) purchased from us, you may be eligible for full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase and/or subscription.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for and will be unable to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) within the first two weeks after purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

We offer refunds on purchase of our digital goods for the following reasons:

• Non-Delivery of the product (or service): You do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, Symptai Consulting Limited may require you to prove that you have submitted a report to our Support Team (support@symptai.com) about the missing item within 14 calendar days of purchase;
• Download/Access issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading and/or accessing the product (or service). Symptai Consulting Limited recommends that you contact our Support Team (support@symptai.com) for assistance or your browser provider, as www.symptai.com ensures that our digital products can be downloaded/accessed with all major browsers (Chrome, FireFox and Edge), and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
• Irreparable Defects with the Digital Product: Although our products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team (support@symptai.com) for approval of your refund request;
• Product not as Described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check video overviews, demo links, product (or service) samples, and/or screen shots of each offering before making a purchase.

Privacy & Security
Symptai Consulting Limited does not store credit card details during any part of the process and all transactions are performed using secure connections.

Purchases on Other Platforms
Symptai products and services sold on or via a third-party vendor will defer to that companies’ Returns, Cancelations and Refunds Policy. If there are any concerns and/or issues, please report them to support@symptai.com.
