Brandon Waugh has over 5 years of experience working on business process transformation initiatives for various medium to large scale enterprises across the island. Mr. Waugh has developed especial skills in process reengineering, continuous improvement, change management, strategic planning, change management and team leadership and development. Mr. Waugh earned a double-major BSc. in Mathematics and Mathematical Modelling from the University of the West Indies. He also earned professional accreditations in Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma.

At Symptai, Mr. Waugh is the Manager for IT Advisory and Assurance where he is responsible for providing high quality day-to-day management of IT Audit and Advisory engagements as well as the development of the IT Advisory and Assurance team professionally and personally.

Prior to joining Symptai, Mr. Waugh spend 4 years working at the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) where he quickly excelled throughout with his last stint as leading the company Continuous Improvement and Transformation strategy. In his earlier years at JPS, he worked with senior leaders to build electricity theft identification models, customer profiling models, and business process architectures.
