The Technical Support Analyst will partner closely with clients and take a customer-service centered approach to identifying risks and opportunities and provide real time responses to client issues as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to explain complicated technical issues in a simplified way for end users

  • Working knowledge of how to network in corporate environments

  • Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolutions skills

  • Good time management and priority handling

  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive

  • Understanding of database platforms, data analysis and retrieval

  • Ability to interface on a technical level with both management and development teams

  • Ability to produce exceptional results working remotely and with little supervision

  • Communicate effectively, both verbal and written

  • Work and act in accordance with Symptai core values

  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages would be an asset

Qualifications


  • BSc. in Computer Sciences

  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in customer service in a similar role

  • Sound experience in cloud computing, computer software, web services, micro services, and other technologies

  • SQL Server and Windows Server administration skills

  • Knowledge of Windows Server features such as (MSDTC, Windows Firewall, .NET Framework) is preferred

  • Experience Managing Virtual Machines in Microsoft Azure is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide beginning-to-end resolution to reported issues for partner solutions

  • Work with clients to understand their issues as it relates to their implementation for inclusion in the ticketing system

  • Work closely with technical team to drive timely client responses and facilitate a positive customer experience

  • Interact with partner agile teams in reporting and documentation of defects and enhancement requests

  • Work directly with our implementation team and participate in the development/enhancement of solutions and projects. This may include needs analysis, documentation, script development, testing, and installation/implementation tasks
