3-5 years’ experience in supporting desktop and server environments

BSc. in Computing, Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred

Certifications from CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft are desirable and considered an asset

Acquire, configure, and deploy computing devices and accessories

Manage inventory for hardware devices

Install and configure software applications to suit business and user requirements

Manage software licenses through the assignment and tracking of software licenses

Configure, monitor, and support on-premises network devices to provide local and Internet network services

Create IaaS and PaaS cloud virtual machines

Configure SaaS cloud environments

Onboard users through the creation of accounts and generation of passwords

Offboard users through the backup and deletion of accounts

Provide support to users through troubleshooting and resolution of issues

Collaborate with Physical Security personnel to support access control and camera systems

Manage the ticketing system.

Provide first level response to security incidents and escalate as necessary

Create and update documentation of processes
