Symptai is hiring a CRM Software Developer to support clients in the CRM product stream for one of our global clients. Our client is an official Salesforce partner in the Capital Markets CRM vertical and is focused on creating ROI for capital markets participants by leveraging expertise, flexible, best-in-class workflow, and data compliance that result in highly profitable and happy clients. Trusted by nearly 20,000 CRM users worldwide, the client’s CRM was built specifically for the fast paced, complicated capital market transaction lifecycle for banks in need of a centralized view of all client interactions, deal management and prompted insights that drive revenue-generating engagements. As a Software Developer on the Solutions Team working for an international company, you will create solutions to customer requirements, consult client teams on technical challenges, and see your work come to life.

Requirements and Qualifications
BSc. Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
2 – 4 years of software development experience
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects
Initiative and ownership of assigned projects
Good skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation
Good understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance
Quick learner requiring minimum guidance
Ability to interact with client audiences
Tools: version control (GitLab, SVN) and JIRA
Experience with Salesforce, Typescript, jQuery a plus
Participate in solution design
Support deployment activities
Research problems discovered through quality assurance
Develop solutions to CRM user problems
Assist with training for client developers
