Requirements and Qualifications
4-6 years’ experience selling IT solutions
B.A. required, preferably in a field related to company’s line of business
Experience dealing with senior and C-level executives.
Knowledge of the Information Technology, IT Security and Business processes Reengineering
Proven track record in generating sales within the business community
Strong project management, negotiation, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition
Understands Sales tools and related performance metrics
Strategies for all lines of business to increase customer base & market share
Contribute to individual target setting and achievement of the Business Development (BD) team members
Provide guidance for professional growth and development of team members
Execute on learning, development and motivational activities for BD teams and manage performance of the team
Assist with reporting on performance measures
Work with the team to deliver on monthly sales and revenue targets
Manage contracts for all partnership and maintain visibility into value metrics
Maintain partner relationships and provide visibility into value
Contribute to BD playbook and market and account expansion strategies
Support roll out of customer journey value mapping processes for all tiers
Collect/generate required customer data for tailored customer experience
Maintain a smooth transition process from BD to delivery and ensure client is satisfied through our quality assurance and feedback process
Oversight for presales: Prospecting, proposal development, nurture to sales
Provide support for maintenance of customer retention and customer acquisition strategy
Maintain a library of client facing artefacts for communication of value
