The Brand Communications Executive is responsible for planning, developing, executing and reviewing all traditional and digital communications to ensure consistent and effective communications whilst preserving brand perception and integrity of Symptai. Working in a collaborative and fast paced department, the role also supports the marketing strategy to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience marketing business to business products and services

  • B.A., B.Sc. required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Management

  • Knowledge of the Information Technology, IT Security and Business processes Reengineering preferred

  • Experience in SEO knowledge and social media marketing savvy

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Digital marketing experience

  • Displays original thinking and creativity; Meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas; Presents ideas and information in a manner that gets others' attention.


  • Write and direct compelling copy to tell the Symptai story across various mediums (website, social media, email, etc.)

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound digital marketing communications through digital platforms

  • Monitor conferences and speaking engagement opportunities and coordinate submission of presentation abstracts, keynote proposals, sponsorships, registrations, and other related items

  • Coordinate and execute strategic marketing communication plans for each line of business

  • Coordinate with traditional and digital media houses on advertising activities

  • Work directly with external resources on the layout and development of content pieces.

  • Work with the Marketing Lead to generate brand pride internally and promote internal initiatives

  • Contribute to the successful execution of all physical & virtual Symptai events

  • Review and edit external facing presentations to promote correct brand standards and design consistency

  • Create and execute on email marketing campaigns    and company newsletter

  • Provide business insights through website analytics to inform and develop initiatives to improve online marketing and website performance.

  • Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies.

  • Update and maintain current website and other digital tools

  • Coordinate and implement marketing automation across all platforms
