Requirements and Qualifications
B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
1+ years direct Client Success/Technical Client Support experience
Strong knowledge of windows/linux operating systems
Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Powershell, Python, GO)
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V)
Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, load balancing and firewalls
Experience with SQL database management
Excellent Communication Skills, Knowledge of the Industry, CRM experience is a plus.
Project management skills
Salesforce Admin and HTML knowledge is good to have.
A problem solver with a client-obsessed mindset.
Maintaining a single-minded focus to ensure clients are extracting the most value out of the application.
Work with clients to resolve technical issues such as dashboard visualization, workflows, case management and other product features
Work closely with technical writer to drive customer education
Identify growth and revenue opportunities within the client organisations.
Work with product owners and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
Interact with the Agile teams in reporting and documentation of defects and enhancement requests.
Collaborate with the broader team and clients to design, test, and deploy solutions that will meet the business requirements.
Respond to client queries and complaints via phone, email and webchat providing clear and accurate information regarding company services and appropriate issue resolution.
